These terms apply to the purchase of a Shopify store with an approved Google Merchant Center account (“GMC store”) from FeedFlow LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite 9789, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

1. What you buy. [DESCRIBE WHAT IS INCLUDED: store, domain, Merchant Center account, product feed, theme, apps.]

2. Price and payment. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is processed by Whop. [VAT / TAX TERMS.]

3. Transfer. FeedFlow transfers the store, the domain (via GoDaddy) and Merchant Center to accounts in your name within 24 hours of payment, often the same day, after receipt of your transfer details. [TRANSFER CONDITIONS.]

4. No guarantee of results. [TEXT ON ADVERTISING RESULTS, GOOGLE POLICY CHANGES AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS AFTER TRANSFER.]
